The idea for Third ROC Home Watch began like many good ideas — out of real life experience. After buying our first vacation home, we quickly realized how challenging it was to check in on things from afar. A long drive just to make sure the pipes hadn’t frozen or the furnace was still running? Not exactly convenient.

That’s when we saw a clear need: a trustworthy, local service that homeowners could rely on to make sure their property stays safe, secure, and well-maintained — even through Upstate New York’s wild weather.

With over 20 years of combined homeownership experience, we’ve bought, sold, renovated, and maintained homes throughout the region. We know firsthand what can go wrong in an empty house — and how to prevent it.

We’re JD and Stacy — a husband-and-wife team who love our community, the outdoors, and the satisfaction of a job well done.
