• Standard Visit
  Scheduled >1 week in advance

• Emergency Visit
  Scheduled <1 week in advance

• Pre-Storm Visit
  When responding to emailed offer, Forecast of >6 inches of snow, or >2 inches of rain in 24 hours. Source: National Weather Service.

• Post Storm Visit
  When responding to offer from TRHW. Billed as Emergency visit otherwise

• First/Last Mow of the season
  Offered in November and April each year. Charged per visit.

• Plant Care
  Watering indoor plants. Limited to 10 plants. Charged per month.

• Pantry/fridge Stocking
  Return to a full fridge and pantry! We will go grocery shopping for you prior to your return and stock your pantry and fill your fridge.

• Deliveries
  To meet delivery driver at property, open property, and lock property after delivery.

• Key Holder Services
  Keys made available to service providers with Owner's written approval.

• Dock Installation and Removal
  Let us pull your dock on shore, and put it back in the water in the spring.

• Contractor Management
  Onsite or over the phone interfacing with contractors. Includes inspecting contractor worksite, sending pictures, unlocking or locking property, etc.

• Car Idling
  We will start and idle your vehicle every month to keep the fluids moving, and battery charged.

• Closing Service
  Empty perishables from the refrigerator, empty and turn off icemaker, close blinds, set HVAC system to away settings, unplug electrical items, turn off water at house, unplug or turn off breaker to the water heater, shut off valves to toilets, unplug washer & dryer, bring in containers and check security of doors and windows.

• Opening Service
  Turn on electric breakers, turn on all water mains, turn on water heater and ice maker, plug in electrical items, adjust A/C, open blinds, freshen toilets. Contact cleaning service if requested.

• Full Winterization & Property Preservation
  Homes up to 2500 sq ft. Includes pipe, water heater, water system drain. Drains and toilet Anti-Freeze. Turn furnace/thermostat to 50°F. Lock doors/Windows. Empty perishables from the refrigerator, empty and turn off icemaker, close blinds, unplug electrical items, unplug washer & dryer, bring in planted containers and check security of doors and windows.
